Jaguar confirms that it will bring on sale a two-seat convertible in mid-2013. The new sports car will be named F-Type. Model will competete cars like new Porsche Boxster, the Mercedes-Benz SLK, Audi TT Roadster and BMW Z4. It will be launched as a convertible with a choice of three petrol engines, versions of Jaguar’s new supercharged 3-litre V6 and its powerhouse supercharged 5-litre V8. All derivatives will be equipped with an eight-speed transmission that will drive the rear wheels.
