New conceps, crossovers, sports car were everywhere at the 2017 Los Angeles Auto Show – many of them revealed for the first time in North America and some for the first time in the world. Although the concepts at the show represented a glimpse into the future of the automotive industry, more-production-ready vehicles gave the public a chance to see what\’s soon headed to their dealers’ showrooms. Automakers such as Audi, BMW, General Motors, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jaguar Land Rover, Jeep, Lexus, Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota and Volvo all had something new on display. One of the world’s largest auto shows will return again in 2018 from November 30 – December 9 at the LA Convention Center.

The Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens is a 133-acre zoo founded in 1966 and located in Los Angeles, California. The city of Los Angeles owns the entire zoo. The Zoo is home to more than 1,100 mammals, birds, amphibians and reptiles representing more than 250 different species of which 29 are endangered. In addition, the Zoo’s botanical collection comprises several planted gardens and over 800 different plant species with over 7,400 individual plants. The Zoo receives over 1.5 million visitors per year

Anime Expo takes place in Los Angeles, California USA every year usually on the first week of July. It is organized by the non-profit Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation. Anime Expo features many events and activities during the convention for attendees to take part in such as guest panels, table top gaming, competitions, an arcade, and concerts. Popular large events include the Masquerade, Anime Music Video Contest, Concerts, Battle of the Bands, and the AX Fashion Show.

Holly Brook Hafermann who goes by the stage name Skylar Grey, is an American singer-songwriter from Mazomanie, Wisconsin, United States. In 2004, under the moniker Holly Brook, at the age of 17, she signed a publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing Group and a recording contract with American rock band Linkin Park’s Warner Bros. She released her debut album, Like Blood Like Honey, as Holly Brook, in 2006 and made her debut as Skylar Grey during the 53rd Grammy Awards, performing the Dr. Dre song I Need a Doctor. Singer best known for albums like 2006’s Like Blood Like Honey and 2013’s Don’t Look Down.

Technically, graffiti is considered to be drawings, paintings, or other markings on surfaces in public places. The Writing on the Wall gangs use as their street “telegraph,” sending messages about turf and advertising their exploits. Graffiti identifies territorial boundaries, lists members, and communicates threats to rival gangs. Each year millions of dollars are spent to clean up graffiti.
