The Cloisters, a branch of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. It is devoted to the art and architecture of medieval Europe. The Cloisters is located on 4 acres in Manhattan’s Fort Tryon Park, overlooking the Hudson River. Opened in 1938, this modern structure built in modified medieval style incorporates elements of five medieval buildings dating from the 12th through the 15th centuries, including chapels, monastic abbeys and a chapter house. The permanent collection at the Cloisters includes more than 5,000 pieces of European art, dating from 800 to 1600 ce, with the 12th through the 15th centuries being strongly represented. The displays are primarily organized chronologically. The objects include sculptures, statuary, paintings, and stained-glass windows.

The New York International Auto Show is an annual auto show that is held in Manhattan in April. The biggest automotive show on the East Coast at the Jacob Javits Convention Center with the 2019 event took place from April 17-18 for members of the press, and from April 19 through 28 for the public. From a $4 million Bugatti to a hypercar that can hit 300 mph, this year\’s New York Auto Show had plenty to dazzle. Throughout York’s city centre, a series of hand-carved ice sculptures pop up around the city with some incredible designs. The 2019 trail covers 50 sculptures depicting myths and legends across York. The New York Comic Con is an annual New York City fan convention dedicated to comics, graphic novels, anime, video games, toys, movies, and television. New York Comic Con is the second largest pop culture convention in America and the only one that takes place in the comic book, publishing, media, and licensing capital of the world — Gotham City. The National Railway Museum is a museum in York forming part of the British Science Museum Group of National Museums and telling the story of rail transport in Britain and its impact on society. It is said to be the largest railway museum in the world and is home to several famous locomotives. Collection includes over 1,000,000 objects from over 300 years of railway history.

The New York International Auto Show takes place every year at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. Automakers unveiled a wide range of luxury vehicles, from sedans such as GM’s crucial midsize Cadillac CTS to sport-utility vehicles such as the Land Rover Range Rover Sport and Infiniti QX60 hybrid. Auto Show is open to the public Friday, March 29th through Sunday, April 7th, with a charity preview on Thursday, March 28th.

Supima is an America luxury cotton brand that presents new spring 2012 collection in New York City. It uses a variety of pima cotton that grown only in California and the Southwestern U.S. Models walked the runway during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at The Studio at Lincoln Center. The Empire State Building was built by builders Starrett Bros. & Eken in 1931 and it was completed in one year and 45 days. The building itself cost $24,718,000 to build. The total cost for the Empire State Building was $40,948,900. The height of the building, including the lightning rod, is 1,454 feet (443.18 m). The measurement from the ground to the 102nd floor observatory is 1,224 feet (373.08 m) and from the ground to the 86th floor observatory is 1,050 feet (320.04 m).

Sidewalk Catwalk – a public art event showed the interpreations of a fashion industry by 30 of New York’s best designers and two student design teams.
