The new 7th generation Golf is not drastically different from the old model, but it won the title Car of the Year. The entry level model, which comes in at a reasonable €19,995, looks good, but the higher spec Golf with the added sports pack looks drop dead gorgeous. The all-new Golf is the Seventh Generation with the Mark 1 being introduced 38 years ago. The Golf MK 7 is longer, wider and lower than the MK 6. The boot space has also been increased by 30-litre to 380-litre with the rear seats up. Engine options at launch offer 1.2 TSI and 1.4 TSI litre turbocharged petrol engines, with 85 PS and 140 PS and 1.6 and 2.0 litre diesel engines, with 105 PS and 150 PS. The customers can compare the Golf to the Subaru Impreza or the Dodge Caliber.

The Volkswagen Type 2, officially known as the Transporter or informally as Bus in USA or Camper in UK, was a panel van introduced in 1950 by German automaker Volkswagen. From the beginning, the Type 2 has earned many nicknames from its fans like splittie, split, microbus, micro, transporter, bulli, samba and transporters. German production stopped after the 1967 model year, however, the T1 still was made in Brazil until 1975. The Bus became a major counterculture symbol during the hippie era in the United States.
