The former residence of Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceausescu was built in the 1960s and known by the codename P50 during the communist period, the 80-room Spring Palace served as a home for the Ceausescus for almost two decades. Nicolae and Elena Ceausescu. It were executed during the revolution in 1989. It was fascinating to look inside the private life of someone so controversial. It definitely gives an eerie feeling, like the ghosts of the past still living there.
