Here’s how to lose a jean size in a week or possibly less. I’m not going to ask you to completely torture yourself in the gym or in the kitchen. This only requires small adjustments. You may actually be doing these things, but with the adjustments I’m about to share with you, you’re going to get much better and quicker results.

Lose a Jean Size in a Week

1. Do bodyweight squats

Ok, maybe you’re doing these or maybe you’re doing squats with a barbell. Here’s what you want to do to make this a great fat loss exercise. Do these fast… FAST. For beginners, have a goal of say 100 total squats. To get there, do 20-25 squats as fast as you can. Lean a little bit forward while keeping your back straight. You should feel this great in your butt.

Touch the ground when in the lower position. Never cheat this movement by not squatting down far enough.

Try for 4 sets of 25 reps. Rest 45-60 seconds between sets. Total time will be less than 7 minutes. Your legs, lungs, and butt will get most of the benefits from this. Because this creates an oxygen deficit due to it’s speed, this is great for burning off fat from your waist, hips, and legs. Do these everyday.

2. Eat eggs often

I hope you didn’t buy into the “egg scare” years ago. What nonsense. Eggs are perhaps the best thing you can eat… and they DON’T raise your cholesterol. Eggs are known to have the highest quality protein of all foods. That may be debatable, but just know this. Eggs are good for you and they’re great for weight loss.

The best thing to do is eat them in the morning… which is convenient since they’re considered a breakfast food. But you may also want to consider eating them at lunch and dinner sometimes. I usually eat 4 meals a day… and 2 of them have eggs in them.

Do these 2 things and there’s a good chance you’ll be able to lose a jean size in a week.

There are many versions of the voodoo magic trick. What you are trying to do here is simply to make the person believe you know what they are thinking of or what they had written down. One example is telling the person what they had written down on a piece of paper.

For this, you will need to round up somebody and ask them if they want to perform a magic trick. If they are more than happy, tell them to write something in a piece of paper. When they are finished, you instruct them to crumple the piece of paper and put it on the ashtray.

A similar trick will be letting a volunteer think of a number between one and one hundred and saying this out loud. You then show the piece of paper with the same number written that will really make them believe you can read their minds.

For this to work, you will need to wrap a small piece of cellophane tape on your thumb and a broken pencil lead which you will set on your thumb. Before they say the number, you pretend to write the number they are thinking of on the piece of paper. When they say it, you use your thumb with the broken lead and write it down then show it to them.

There is also the “think of any card” magic trick. Instead of writing something down, you simply give the person time to think which card they like and then say it aloud. When they say, it, you simply take it out of your pocket and surprise them because you just showed them the card they had picked.

But how do you do that? A lot of people say this trick is a wild guess but you can get a way with it since many pick the nine of diamonds, ace of spades, queen or hearts or the six of clubs. For this to work, you must have all the cards ready and then simply pull the right one out of your pocket. Just make sure you know where all of these are located so you get it right the firs time.

Can anyone really read a person’s mind? Of course not but this is the beauty about magic because you are creating the illusion that you can. It will just take some time to practice each of three magic tricks mentioned so you can get this right so you will be able to make everyone believe you have this gift.
